John O’Sullivan, B.Comm, F.C.A.

John O’Sullivan is the Managing Director of Westboro Capital and has over 25 years experience in corporate finance and related services. Having trained with PwC he formed Westboro Partners in 1983, a Chartered Accountancy practice based in Cork. John founded Westboro Capital with Richard Galvin in 2002 with a vision to provide additional sources of funding and opportunities to a growing client base.

Richard Galvin, B.Comm.

Richard Galvin is a Director of Westboro Capital and founded the company along with John O’Sullivan in 2002. Initially focusing on real estate with a particular emphasis on tax driven opportunities Richard now concentrates his time in corporate finance and has been involved in numerous large scale corporate restructures, the preparation of business plans for senior debt funding along with joint ventures and mezzanine finance deals.

David Kelly Walker

David Kelly Walker is a Director of Westboro Capital having joined the company in 2008. David is a former senior lender with Bank of Scotland Ireland, has in excess of 30 years experience in the finance sector and has extensive exposure to financial structures. David specialises in risk analysis.
